Kevin and I had been thinking about remodeling our bathroom for about two years. By the time we got to Ispiri we were ready and decided the project should be a "go." During our two-year consideration process we received a bid from someone who I believe the project would have been too complex. Plus, he did not offer any design services. Additionally, we received another bid from the person who designed and executed the project for the built-ins in our office. She also drew a design for our bathroom, and though at that time she was an option, we did not end up pursuing the project with her because the office project, despite a great outcome, went very, very slowly.

While all of this was happening, I had been noticing many of Ispiri's ads in several magazines and newspapers. It was through these ads that I first became familiar with Ispiri. Eventually, about a year ago, I stopped in at your design studio and talked with the receptionist about our bathroom remodeling needs and Ispiri's home remodeling process. This was a very favorable first contact.

Then, this summer when visiting with one of our neighbors about remodeling our bathroom, our neighbor mentioned Ispiri and that she had quite a few friends who had worked with Ispiri in remodeling their own homes. She told me that the work was beautiful and that Ispiri would be a great company to work with. With that I was convinced and called to set up an initial appointment.

After our initial appointment, Kevin had lunch with a business associate and we found out that Ispiri had built her four-season porch. Again, Kevin heard glowing reviews and this served to further cement the confidence we felt in selecting Ispiri for our remodeling project.

Thus far the process has been very organized and efficient and we feel confident that this will continue. We appreciate the very prompt follow up and professionalism.

Having the design center is very important and it is a plus that it is right in our neighborhood.
