Bjorn Freudenthal, VP of Marketing & Sales, Certified Aging-In-Place Specialist (CAPS) Bjorn Freudenthal grew up in Helsinki, Finland and brings a global perspective to his work. He got his start in the building industry as a laborer while in college in the early 1990s digging out crawlspaces by hand. Construction became his calling and he has made his career in the U.S. remodeling industry since 1999. He holds a CAPS (Certified Aging in Place Specialist) certification from the National Association of Home Builders. Before joining Ispiri, Bjorn helped a remodeling company become the Remodeler of the Year 2008, and two companies achieve TOP 500 status. Bjorn has also been part of Twin Cities remodeling projects that have many design awards, and has helped clients design and build tear down homes in Edina and Minneapolis. Bjorn is passionate about his work and gives back to the industry through volunteer leadership positions with NARI on both on a local and national level. |

Gregg Graton, Architect, AIA LEED Gregg brings over 25 years of construction and design experience to every project. He is a licensed architect with a degree in Architecture from the University of Minnesota; you can have confidence in his ability to serve you well in every detail. Rich Troxel, Project Manager, Certified Remodeling Project Manager (CRPM) Rich started in the remodeling industry working for a local family owned remodeling company. That is where he learned the ropes of the industry and learned that having a relationship with your client is crucial in order to be successful. 12 years later Rich then had the opportunity to work for a National Home Builder for 10 years, there he started as an Assistant Construction Manager and made his way to the top and became a Project Manager. Rich believes that it is all the little details and craftsmanship in a home that creates the big project. Rich is a problem solver and keeps projects on time and on schedule. All of this experience has landed Rich at Ispiri as a Project Manager. |

Mark Larsen, Project Manager Mark brings years of remodel and new home construction experience to the project, a unique set of talents, training, and life experiences that make him especially well suited to manage and oversee projects from start to completion. He is an analytical troubleshooter and problem solver with a reputation for identifying and circumventing project challenges, while delivering a quality of performance that transcends the ordinary. |

Gary Rossow, Project Manager, PMP (Project Management Professional) Growing up on a farm in North Dakota Gary learned the meaning of a solid work ethic. At age 19, he started a business within his local community providing construction services from light commercial to residential home remodeling. While operating his business, he completed an associate's degree in Architectural Drafting and Estimating as well as his bachelor's degree in Construction Management & Engineering. In 2003 Gary sold his business and moved to the Twin Cities where he continued in the industry as a project manager coordinating remodeling projects. In his spare time, his passion for learning drove him to achieve his graduate's degree in business to better his ability to work with people. |

Joe Marthaler, Service & Warranty Specialist, Certified Remodeling Project Manager (CRPM) Joe grew up on a farm in the local Minnesota community of Sauk Centre. Working with his hands on the farm instilled in Joe the pride that comes with being able to fix things. He began his career in cabinetry at Walz Design Woodworks in Belgrade, MN. Joe brings 10 years of that carpentry craftsmanship and nearly 20 years of experience in construction. Joe takes care in jobs of every size and shape that he services to make sure everything is done right the first time. This hard earned experience has earned Joe the opportunity to serve you as our Service & Warranty Specialist. |
