FAQS (FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS)
What is the cost of your services?
- We charge $58/hour for our services. There is a minimum charged rate of 2 hours for a service call.
- Travel time is counted toward the hourly rate.
What if materials need to be purchased?
- We offer two options for materials: 1) You may purchase the material & have it ready on site OR 2) We can purchase the material & bring it with us. If you choose this option, you will be invoiced for the cost of the materials PLUS a 25% markup fee.
- We are able to purchase these services and materials at a discounted rate. This means that, even after we apply our mark-up, your end costs are very close to direct or retail prices.
What if your workers work for a partial hour?
- Time charged is rounded up to the next half hour increment.
What are your fees to dispose of waste materials?
- We ask that a waste bucket is provided for waste materials, however if the amount of waste materials is substantial or requires proper disposal as determined by law, we will charge for disposal fees & labor/trip charges on the final invoice.
What if subcontractors need to be involved?
- Subcontractors will be called on if the work requires it. Fees will include the subcontractor cost plus an additional 25% markup fee.
- We are able to purchase these services and materials at a discounted rate. This means that, even after we apply our mark-up, your end costs are very close to direct or retail prices.
- We charge a markup fee because we stand behind the subcontractors work.
- For example, if the subcontractor goes out of business, we will still back up their work should warranty issues arise.
