The Builders Outreach Foundation, the charitable organization of the Builders Association of the Twin Cities (BATC), was formed in January of 1995 by the Builders Association as a way to promote homeownership through affordable housing and to contribute to the revitalization of our core cities. In 2007-2008 the Foundation took on a new challenge, Operation Dream Makeover. This project is completing a whole home makeover for an incredible young Marine wounded fighting in Iraq. With the motto "Making a difference… one home at a time," the Builders Outreach Foundation has made a difference to a number of families, neighborhoods and cities.
